Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return/refund:  
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition  
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included  
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery  
- Customized jerseys only eligible if:  
  • Defective (e.g., printing errors, seam defects)  
  • Damaged during shipping  
  • Incorrect item shipped  

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email info@getcustomjersey.com with
   - Order number  
   - Photos showing issue (for defective/damaged items)  
   - Reason for return  
2. Get Authorization: We'll email:  
   - Return approval/denial within 48 hours  
   - Instructions if approved  
3. Ship Item: Securely repackage with original materials  
4. Await Refund: We notify you upon receipt  

Refund Processing

- Inspection occurs within 3 business days of receipt  
- Refunds issued in 5-7 business days after approval  
- Amount refunded to original payment method  
- Note: Original shipping costs non-refundable unless our error  

Shipping Responsibility

 We Cover Costs:  
   - Defective/damaged items  
   - Incorrect items shipped  
 Customer Covers Costs:  
   - Size/color exchanges  
   - Change of mind returns  

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different size/color:  
1. Return original jersey for full refund  
2. Place a new order for preferred item  

Damaged/Defective Items  
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@getcustomjersey.com. We will:
- Send replacement immediately  
- OR Issue full refund (including original shipping)  

Order Cancellations  
- Available before processing/shipment 
- Shipped orders must follow return procedure  

Important Notes  
- Refunds may take 1-3 billing cycles to appear on statements  
- We reserve right to refuse returns violating policy conditions
