- Fraudulent bulk ordering

3. Account Responsibilities
When creating an account:
- Maintain accurate team/contact information
- Secure login credentials
- Assume full liability for customization specifications submitted
- Report unauthorized access within 24 hours
4. Custom Orders & Payments
- Jersey designs constitute customization requests
- We reserve right to reject:
• Offensive/illegal content
• Trademarked logos without authorization
• Technically unprintable designs
- Payments processed via PCI-compliant gateways (no stored card data)
5. Product Information
While we strive for accuracy:
- Jersey colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
- Final products subject to fabric availability
- We reserve right to modify designs for production feasibility
6. Production & Shipping
- Customization requires 3-5 business days
- Governed by our Shipping Policy
- Risk transfers to buyer upon carrier pickup
7. Returns & Refunds
- Customized jerseys non-returnable unless defective
- Governed by our Refund Policy
8. Intellectual Property
a) Your Content:
- You retain rights to original designs/logos
- Grant us license to reproduce for production
b) Our Property:
- Website content, templates, interfaces owned by us
- Unauthorized reproduction prohibited
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Customization errors from inaccurate specifications
- Delays caused by design approval processes
- Third-party carrier failures
- Indirect/consequential damages
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from:
- Unauthorized trademark use in your designs
- Breach of these terms
- Misuse of customization tools
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered.
