3. What's your production + shipping timeline?

- Production: 3-5 business days (custom work)
- Shipping:
• Free Standard: 10-25 business days
Total = Production + Shipping time.

4. Can I rush my team order?

Yes! Contact info@getcustomjersey.com with "RUSH ORDER" in the subject for expedited processing (extra fees apply).

5. What is your return policy?

- 30-day returns for unused jerseys with tags
- Customized items: Only if defective/damaged upon arrival
- No direct exchanges: Return for refund → Place new order

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to 50+ countries. Import duties may apply (buyer's responsibility).

7. How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are emailed immediately after shipment. Check your spam folder or contact us if missing.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club.

9. My jersey has a printing error. What now?

Email info@getcustomjersey.com within 7 days with:
a) Order number b) Photos of issue
We’ll replace it free or issue full refund.
